Using a large assortment of NPC mods I have tons and tons of followers and I like to gather them all together and basically fill out a whole castle with them in it. I am currently using Nchuzzrezar which is a great home mod, but unfortunately due to it being pretty much all one cell, with the amount of NPCs I put into it, I get quite a substantial amount of load lag. Plus for an Orc Warrior, Dwemer probably isn't the BEST architectural preference. So here's what I am looking for, I want a Keep mod that:

-Has the layout spread across multiple separate cells.

You can also try reapers dark tower 2, its not precisely a castle, but its huge and has a very cool vibe, and some cool stuff to find and make as well, as well as a short questline to get access. And, you can shoot the ballistae on the roof at any passing dragons. Very cool mod.

-Does not come with any potentially lag intensive special effects or overabundance of statics (I have a mid-range computer,).

-Is lore-friendly, I don't care if it has uber cheater-y items, I can just dispose of those, but I want the place to LOOK like it fits into Skyrim.

-All Safe containers obviously.

-Contains alchemist & enchanting station, full blacksmith forge, multiple mannequins and storage area.

Homeworld patch 1.04. Game or Patch Questions?

-Has multiple beds (the more the better, I have close to 30+ NPCs to move into it)

-Does NOT replace or drastically alter existing locations (no city overhauls please)

-Does not contain lots of NPCs in the keep itself (1 or 2 is fine, but I prefer to outfit it with my own NPCs)

-Is fairly large with rooms such as bedrooms, kitchens, dining halls, gardens, labs, smithies, etc. (does not need to have ALL of those)

-Is available on Skyrim Nexus (I much prefer to use NMM for installation of all my mods)

The mods I have tried and ruled out as potential places are: Dovahkiin Hideout, Nchuzzrezar, Whiterun Mansion, Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite, Evil Lair of Hydra, Reapers The Dark Tower (I love this mod but it doesn't work aesthetically for my non-evil characters), The Asteria, Underground Bathhouse, Amethyst Hollow, and Prison of Despair.

If anyone can provide some suggestions for me I'd much appreciate it! I don't mind if there's a quest or price tag on the home, I'm fine with doing a bit of work
