Description:
OAl brings the gameplay design philosophy driving Orange Sun to Red Alert 2 YR. As such the mod modifies the gameplay mechanics, while leaving the graphics and sound vanilla, hence why its called light. There are no new units nor buildings, however all the nation specific bonus units have become available for all nations of each faction. Yuri should be balanced now.
The changes of this mod are as follows:
Bonus units like Sniper and Grand Cannon available to all Allies.
Bonus units like Tesla Tank and Terrorist available to all Soviets.
Auto repair and Auto Sell from Orange Sun.
More aggressive and less cheating AI.
Repair of buildings takes longer.
Satelite given to all radars revealing the whole map.
Gap Generator power given to all buildings.
Ore Purifier and Industrial Complex and Grinder are now Oil Derricks on top of their vanilla bonuses.
Veterany bonuses removed. Units still have their Elite Weapon and will auto heal and scatter when veteran.
Lunary infantry (requires Nuke) and Spy available to Soviets.
Soviet V3 Missile health doubled.

Yuri used to be overpowered in the original game. Now with all these bonuses and additions to the other nations, he should not be anymore.

I recently bought C&C: Red Alert 3 and I'm liking it so far. However my mouse does not lock to the game-window using dual monitors. Since this is a problem with many games in a multi-monitor setup I have written a small program to confine the cursor to the boundaries of the primary monitor (e.g. 'clip the cursor'). It is written in VB6 and will run on any PC sporting Windows XP or newer.

.This article was recommended by, a Nod's Revenge Beta Tester.After 10 years of and I still could not find an application which will set the current screen resolution and save it in ra2.ini and ra2md.ini. The existing apps (google for them) either provided a list of incompatible display resolutions or just didn't work.Problem solved.
